Processing Orders
When your order is placed, our team will be checked, created a package, and shipped carefully.
Saski Wax® will reserves all the right to cancel any orders that are suspected to be with fraudulent purposes.
Shipping policy
The only shipping methods we offer right now is USPS just for internal shipments of United States.
Please be aware of our currently business schedule so we process orders Monday through Friday until 4 pm, if you placed an order after 4pm noted your order will be start their processing on the next day and we don’t process any order on weekends and during holidays such as : Thanksgiving, New year’s day, Christmas,4th of July, Labor day, Memorial day and Veterans day.
Special Precaution
Our customer have a due date of 8 next business days from the order placed to confirm is something is wrong with their package like(lost, stolen, damaged) and need to be communicate with our team.
Shipping Fees
All the shipping fees are charged up to the customer and the cost are calculated of package weight and destination by USPS, the radio of 15 miles now available for free shipping dont have any charge for now.
Cancelation order
We do not cancel any order, if you have a mistake on you address please let us know by email the next business day, after that day we can do nothing.
Return Policy
Our team is always doing the best effort and support to give them customer a highly satisfied products so if you want to ask for a refund, about the shipping fees are responsible only the customer, please send us pictures through email about your package and what is happened with it, if the package if opened or used, we do not any kind refund by other hand if you are not satisfied with the products also, we don’t do any refund.
Cautions
Our products are for professional use and students of any area of beauty and health, if you are not a professional relation with waxing services, are you using under your own risk also if you are a student just used meanwhile are you learning under supervision of your waxing teachers. Saski Wax® is not responsible of any mistake for a person who do not the risk of using this kind of products.
